Complementing our operational assessments is our commitment to making departments lean through process improvements. We have found that many healthcare settings can perform better simply by prioritizing tasks, identifying obstacles, and removing processes that are wasteful or inefficient. This is a principle that has proven effective across clinical settings, and many of our Practice Management Consultants (PMCs) are trained Lean experts.
